    Hello All.

Rumour was that Panasonic were going to release the AVC Intra codec software for Mac by the end of this week.

Has anyone managed to get hold of it yet? Or any better idea on when it’s expected?

    Cheers,

    Jim

When I spoke with someone at AbelCine (who is working directly with Panasonic) – he said the codec plug in for ACV-Intra Final Cut would be released either late this week or early next. Looking forward to it as I’m tired of running the SDI out of the camera and would like to use the P2 cards.

    Hooray!

Installing it right now. One caveat: it isn’t guaranteed to work under leopard…

    Cheers,

    Jim
