AVC Intra Codec needed
I need help finding the AVC Intra Codec needed for FCP 6.0.2. All FCP release info says the codec is needed from Panasonic, but I cannot find it anywhere. I need to transcode some AVC Intra footage to Pro Res 422. If someone knows the solution, please help!

Make a search in the Apple web site. In downloads.

Hi Rafalaos.
I’ve looked on the Apple site under ‘Downloads’ as you suggest but got nothing. A search for ‘AVC Intra’ yields no results.
Have you actually found the codec download or was that just a suggestion?

After days upon days of searching the internet, and finally contacting various people I can finally answer my own question. The AVC Intra Codec needed has been delayed, and should be released around December 14th. Hope this helps everyone else in the same boat!

I may be wrong. I thought you were looking for the AVC1 encoder and decoder. if is so, you can find it here:
