    Hi!!

I’m using MC 3.1.1 and editing on a MacBook Pro OSX 10.5 2.6 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB memory.

I have footage from an AVC-Intra 100 and not sure the best way to work with it.

When I import the clips… I select “import p2” then get the media. But I was told I would need a separate program to read the flag frames. If this is the case… what program is that?

I also read on other posts that it would be best to transcode the footage first. Which transcode setting is best for 720/59.94? DNxHD 145 MXF? 220? or 220x?

Please advise the best way to go about this! THANK YOU!!
