I rendered out a very small file that said that it was recorded as AVC 1920×1080. I didn’t look any further at the time but it seems that the file came from a Panasonic Lumix camera TZ 30 which shoots these dimensions but at 50 fps.

The file won’t play on my media player. How do I fix this?

    Thanks in advance

Please post the project setting and the rendering setting.

I ended up just rendering out the project as using the Blu-Ray template. I’m unsure if this involved re rendering but I suspect that it didn’t. I still have to find out if the camera was correct incorrectly or not.

    Thanks in advance

I have checked with the cameras owner & his manual says that the camera can record either AVCHD or MP4. When set to AVCHD it appears to have several more settings labelled GPH,PSH,GFS,FSH. What those settings I don’t know yet but I’m guessing that its something to do with whether or not the cameras GPS was turned on or not?

    Thanks in advance
