Autosave Vault Files Are Empty…0kb
I’m troubleshooting a students FCP 6 project. She opened it up today and said that none of yesterdays work was there, even though the files was modified the day before at the end of play. So we went to the AutoSave vault and there were several backed up projects. On opening it it said it was unable to open the project and on checking, they are all 0kb. It was making them incrementally on time but they are all empty.
Never seen this before any ideas? I think maybe the actual main project file may be corrupt but it has opened again OK today albeit minus yesterdays work. Is there any way of recovering anything from the autosaves? (I know they’re empty but I’m clutching at straws!)

Not in the few days prior to this work being carried out. We have since done the usual housekeeping tasks and it’s been behaving. Doesn’t help this particular individual though.
