  Autosave issues

  Hi all. I downloaded the 2019 version of Premire pro, and It was running slow on my system. I am currently using the 2018 version. On export I must have clicked on save as and the computer froze without my saving my 3 hours of work beforehand. OK Now what? Hmm I have autosave! I went to my autosave file and yes I have the saved work. The problem is that it only opens with the 2019 version when i click on it. any workarounds would be appreciated! TIA
