  autosave incorrect save

  Recently had near disaster with autosave. The project file I was editing crashed. When I went to the autosave files to recover, I discovered that autosave had saved the content of another project to the desired projects autosave files. Specifically, the desired file was named scene 21. The contents were from scene 2. What am I bumping into here some kind of naming convention problem? Seems like it should be able to handle such rudimentary naming. Fortunately, when I shut down and rebooted, the original project file was OK.
