    Hi!

I am using AutoMotion from Digital Heaven to generate titles for classroom videos. It works very well and saves me time.

I am trying to move the software from my mac (DP G5 2.0, FCStudio 1, OSX 10.4.9) to a new machine (MacPro Octo-core, FCStudio 2, OSX 10.4.9). Automotion installs OK, but when I run the app and enter a serial number in the dialog that comes up, the software errors out: “Product activation failed with error -25005”

It seems that the software is trying to contact a server for authentication (my guess).

All attempts to reach Digital Heaven about this issue have not been answered.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone know how to contact Digital Heaven in another way than the emails on their website?

    Thanks.

They are normally pretty hot on support. I’ve sent Martin Baker a text message so hopefully he will reply soon.

Yes all sorted, thanks Peter. No idea why Aaron’s emails weren’t getting through to us but the net moves in mysterious ways sometimes!
