  Automating recording of keyframes

  When I’m in an effect or pan/zoom keyframe editor, is there a way to record my changes in “real time” rather than having to create each point, and manually change the parameters?

  For example, if I want to move a light point arround, can I just click play and move the slider as it plays, and have it record those movements?
