  Automatically adjust lights and shadows

  Hello!

  I have read this post about adjusting lights and shadows https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/showmessage.asp?messageid=788677
  The original poster wants to find in Sony Vegas an alternative for Adobe Shadow/Highlights effect.
  I’m wondering why.
  I’m thinking of this possible reason. Does this filter automatically adjust footage to bring all its scenes to a desired shadow/lights levels, no matter how different their luminance is?
