  Automatically add columns/page

  Greetings,
  I would like to know if it’s possible for InDesign (automatically or via scripting) to add columns and/or pages if the content exceeds the text frame width/height.

  

  The content is imported via the Import XML option. My layout consists of 6 columns per page. When I import the xml in the gray text frame, the frame expands in height overlapping the next text frame instead of “pushing” it, as I want it too. The same goes for the other text frames.

  Is it possible to automatically add text frames to fit the content and/or pages?
