  Automatic adjustment of items (text) on page after adjusting the margins

  Hello there,

  I am on working on a publication for a client of which I received information about the margins quite late in the proces. I have adjusted the margins to the correct size but now all the text items -that should fit exactly within the margins- are not adjusting/resizing accordingly, they’re too small. Is there a way to have indesign do this automatically? The document is 225 pages long and I am not looking forward to do to this manually on each page.
  I am using Indesign cc 2018.
