  Automate script to split 1 Long comp into multiple smaller renders.

  Hi, I have searched about but have not found what I need.

  In After Effects I do documentary projects that are over an hour long, and always fear for an error or power cut with a 10 hour render time export.

  I would like to know if there is a script that you can input a splitting number and then the script will split up the full render into small chunks?

  For example if I have a project that is 60 Minutes long, and I want it to be split into 6 sections, then the script will split the project into 6 parts of 10 minutes or 60 parts of 1 minute and just name the output with an underscore and a number going from 1 upwards depending on how many splits there are going to be, and I just hit render and leave it to do it’s thing.

  And after that I would just mux them all together.
