  Automate M2V + .AC3 Multiplexing

  Hi there, does anyone know how to Multiplex separate M2V and .AC3 files into mpeg streams automatically? I know I can use MPEG Streamclip, but it seems I can only do it one by one, I have about 50 clips to do this to, and doing it by hand would take forever. I would think you could do this as a compressor batch, but i see no way to combine M2V and .AC3 files. Thanks!
