“Autofocus” Expression?
is there a way to lock a trucking camera’s focus to a specific layer so its constantly focused on that layer? I’m using alot of DOF and don’t want to keep key-framing it.

You could try and drag the pick whip of the Point of Interest on the camera and attach it to your layers position property.
