Auto-rendering
How does one do auto-rendering? When I place objects in the timeline, I alwas need to render. I know about the ‘render in bg’ option but I want to avoid always hitting option-R.. my fingers are getting tired…
I want FCP to render for me… ALWAYS.

In your user preferences you can set the auto render time to whatever you like however I do believe that might slow down your workflow , since not all of the clips need a full render to view and to work with.
