Auotplay subtitles?
Hi there.
Apologies if this is a really stupid question as i am an Encore novice but i have completed editing a short film in which the dialogue is in Japanese and i was wondering – can i create a dvd which will play the english subtitles automatically in Encore. i dont want to hardcode the subs in premiere because i want the flexibilty to turn them off but i do want some viewers to see the subs without having to mess around on a remote first.
i have the subtitles made but i cant figure out to make them autoplay with the movie.

Go to Disc properties and choose the subtitle track you want displayed when the disc plays.
One note: if you have more than one timeline, make sure they have an equal number of subtitle tracks, even if the other timelines don’t have any subtitles.
