Audition CC – Default FIle Save Save location always wrong
When ever I open an audio file I want to edit, then do Save As, or Save Selection, it always defaults to an old folder location from a past session or saved file. So every time I save a new selection of this edit I always have to navigate to the correct location. I don’t remember Audition being this ridiculous closer to the Cool Edit Pro days. Is there a way to give Audition common sense for file saving?
[EDIT]: OK after messing with it a little more I see it keeps changing the default location to whatever the last file was saved to regardless of being an old or new session. I just want the default save/save as/save selection location to be the same as the source file I currently have opened. …just like it used to do.
