  • Audio/Video Pops During Rendering

Posted by Alan Hunter on December 12, 2005 at 12:57 am

After several days of setting up a new machine with a Decklink Multibridge I’m finding that the system produces a lot of audio pops and the video drop outs from my monitor when rendering. It almost looks like it is dropping sync. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

    Paul,

That’s OK! Yes, we have installed the latest software. Tested our drives and seem fast enough…just don’t understand it.

i don’t know. what we had was the video dropped out or flickered every few seconds during renders, but after the render the picture was good so we ignored it. this “bug” came and went a few months ago. haven’t seen it since.

    Paul,

Interesting…I’ve read post on several forums, but no one seems to have an answer to why this is happening.
