    Hi there,

I’m editing a concert and I have audio with 2 different sample rates in one sequence. I have a stereo mix from the sound board of the performers at 44.1, and I have one channel out of the camera at 48 that I’m only fading in at the end to hear the audience clapping.

My sequence is currently set to 48khz and there doesn’t SEEM to be any problem, but I am wondering what the correct workflow for this is. Should I switch the sequence settings to 44.1 to get better audio from the performers track? Does it even matter?

I’m currently delivering to the internet as a proof, final delivery will be on DVD.

    Many thanks!

Convert the 44.1 to 48. Simple to do in Compressor. Makes it easier on the application and the editing process.

    All the best,

    Tom
