    Trying to look at the graph of my soundtrack for tighter edits but the ‘waveform’ twirly either won’t open (goes into terminal thinking mode) or freezes up. Thanks in advance.

    The waveform display seems to slow things down. Have you tried making it visible after zooming in on the timeline?

    Then it has less info to display.

    Thanks Steve,
    Haven’t tried that yet but will do so. Not sure if my trusty G4 is up for the test. Have 1gb ram and allocated a bunch of it to AE.
