audio wave forms not synced with audio
Hey there,
Doing some audio cutting in FCP6, but it’s getting kind of annoying. Some of my audio clips (all AIFF’s stereo paired tracks) don’t show wave forms that match with my audio. Instead the audio is about ten frames ahead of the waves. Any idea why this is? Not all of my clips are like this. I tried quitting FCP and restarting but it didn’t change anything. So I’m editing to the audio and not the waveform. Any ideas?

Go to Waveform cache and trash the guilty files. FCP will create new ones for you.
