Audio Wave Form
I have just finished setting up a Final Cut 5.1.4 system on a dual 2.7 G5 running OS 10.4.8. Everything works great with the exception of the Audio sample plot in the timeline. When I zoom all the way in on a spot of the timeline I can see the waveform but when in normal view I can’t, and of course the show waveform option for the timeline is selected. Does anyone know what causeing this?

That is quirk that I have experienced too. Have you tried turning waveform on and off? That works for me (usually) good luck

Same here. No waveform display-only x’s on the audio timeline. This only happened recently when upgrading either OSX or FCP Studio to the latest versions.
