  audio video settings wont open general error 34

  i had a problem a few days back installing tiger and then fcp gave me some flack. but fcp is working but i cannot open the audio video settings. does anyone know of a remedy to this situation. i am now running tiger and fcp 4.5 on a dual 2.5 g5 3gig of ram 256mb radeon 9800 pro, 2 Maxtor firewire drives and a dvx-100a
