    audio tracks separate when dropped into timeline

    When I drag and drop an audio track to the timeline, the left and right tracks separate. When I drop them, one is where I want it and the other one is about ten tracks below. Can anyone please help?

    try using an insert edit or overwrite instead of drag and drop

    thanks for that, Motto… I tried cutting and pasting the material to a new sequence and that solved the problem. It was very weird..
