you might need to do direct out. press ctrl and 1 (brings up your audio tool). click on PH and move arror down to ‘output settings’. click on stereo button untill it says ‘direct’. now no audio on channel 1 will go onto 2, or 2 on to 1.

thanks for the input… unfortunately I am not working on a 32k project, the direct out isn’t available with 48k projects. other thoughts? or is this the norm?

i work using 48k all the time, it shouldn’t make any difference. I use direct out for doing international version of the shows using 4 channel output (1+2 vo 3+4 m+e). not sure why it isn’t working for you.

Since you said this is not the norm, I continued to work with Direct Out and for whatever reason, when I set the Audio Project to 32k I have the direct out available. When set to 48k direct out is not available. In any event…If I leave it set on direct out and 32k, exit the program and then reload the program change to 48k Direct out stays available and works perfectly. Thank you for your assistance.
