Audio track and Master different levels
Hi All,
I’m not sure what is going on here. An audio engineer sent me a mixed audio file with a max peak of -0.3db When I put it into premiere the track is reading it as -0.3 but the master track is reading it at -3.3db. Is there a reason it’s doing this?See photo below of what I’m seeing.

This is totally normal. Pan the track in the timeline all the way left or right. If you leave it centered it will be louder by 6db
