Audio Synch 24fps vs 23.98fps

I had this same problem. I had a 24p project and when the audio mix arrived it wouldn’t hold sync. The audio mixer swore it was mixed at 24 and even double checked against his reference QT. The only way to make it sync was to change the audio track speed in FCP to 99.9%. I thought the Audio house had screwed up, but maybe there’s a bug in FCP.
