Matrox support read this thread, next thing I know they’ve phoned me to sort things out!

Looks like todays update to the 1.5 firmware did the trick.

Just recaptured 1080i50 and its all in sync.

No…That’s GREAT support.
I’ve been telling others on other posts just how great I think the Matrox tech guys are… I’m glad others have seen it as well.
