    Hey Folks,

I just had an interesting experience and I am wondering if any of you might have had it and solved it. I have a project that I have applied the Voice Over Enhancement effect to component audio tracks on. I’m trying to give the project to another editor who also has the media so I am exporting out an XML of the project. When the other editor brings imports the XML the Voice Over Enhancement effect is on the audio components that it was originally placed on. However, the setting applied to the Chanel EQ and Compressor, that are part of the Voice Over Enhancement effect, are gone. My next step is to git rid of the Voice Over Enhancement effect and just place the compressor and Channel EQ and independent effects and see if that works.

Thanks in advance for any help,

    Mike

If the XML is the problem, why not create a new Library, copy just the Project into the Library and give that to the other editor? Then they can open that Library, copy the Project back into their Library and everything should be preserved. (just a thought)

Talk about not seeing the forest for the trees!!! I was so focused on XML that I never stopped to think about a transfer library. Thanks for knocking me out of that!
