  audio resets

  For some reason when I enter my avid express pro my audio on my computer resets itself. I’m not sure why. I try to to move it and apply but as soon as I try and play stuff in avid the audio goes back to no sound. I have 5 speakers but all I get is 2 background ones. Help!!
