  audio rendering problem

  Hello,
  I have an audio rendering problem.

  I rendered a music video and I noticed that the rendered video was not as loud or as crisp as the audio in the project.

  I used a few Vegas audio effects on the audio track. I used an AUD Limiter on the output bus.

  When you render a project does Vegas 12 render all the effects, including the effects on the output bus?

  I rendered another project, in a few spots the audio and video skip.
  I went back to the project it doesn’t skip. What can be the cause?
