Audio Render time with DV Stream file (.dv)

The default setting is upper field in MPEG Streamclip…it’s made by an Italian company, where they use the PAL system, which is (mostly) upper field.
NTSC (SD) is lower field first. If you are working in NTSC you should change it .

I’ve found NTSC DVDs with Upper First on the MPEG-2.

Thanks for everyone’s help, for some reason the DVD’s sent to us are upper field first.

Should the file size be a lot more for ProRes than DV? We are working with limited HD space.

Will be a bigger files, but this is the only way if you don’t want to compromise the quality.
