Audio Render Includes Incorrect Region
Hello,
Occasionally when I do an audio render for playback (using 6-12 tracks) the resulting audio on the timeline includes an incorrect range from the correct audio file. Although I do not know why FCP would choose a different range than the one specified by my In and Out points, this seems to only occur when I mix audio sources of different kHz and bit rates. In the past I have converted the files in the minority to match the settings of the majority (usually the field audio), and although that works…in my current situation I have numerous audio files with various kHz and thought perhaps there was another workflow rather than converting a multitude of audio files. And maybe the render issue is something else entirely? I have the “Real Time Audio Mixing” pref set to 12.
Thanks for your help!
Take care,
