Okay, so I know it’s already been asked, but I never read a convenient answer to that.

I edit Music Videos. Most of the time I do the VFX in AE CS5.
Problem is, when I RAM preview both Video and Audio, audio just screws me. For Example at 15s it plays the beginning, or at 10s it jumps directy to 1:15s… It’s so annoying.

    I have a Mac Pro 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad Core
    8GO 667 MHz DDR2
    AE CS5 10.0.0.458

Thanks a lot for you help.

Make sure you have the latest update — this is a known bug in the initial release of CS5, but is fixed in updates. I am running CS5 version 10.0.2.4 on one of my machines and the audio problem is gone. (It HAD been there in the original release of CS5 — 10.0, presumably)

Easy fix — update your software.

Scrambled audio with AE 10.0 was a known problem [link] that was solved over a year ago [link] with AE CS5 10.0.1 and 10.0.2.

Thanks both of you for the answers.
My bad, I should have relax and look a little bit more for the solution 🙂

    Thanks again.
