Audio problem
My audio track starts out fine but then quickly deteriorates into a barely audible screechy sound. The same happens on other projects I open. I’ve also brought in other formats of the soundtrack and they don’t work either. Any ideas on what’s going on? Thank you…

Also, as the audio plays fine during the first few seconds of the timeline, it also plays normal at the very end few seconds(!) Otherwise it’s a low-volume “screechy” sound throughout. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I discovered my sound card selection was for gamers instead of recording/mixing.
