  Audio popping noises on finished DVD

  I’m new to Encore CS4 and just finished an SD DVD which has some problems with the audio. Everything works fine but I hear a popping noise in the audio when:

  1) The Menu loops

  2) When a Button is selected.

  3) When the Timeline ends.

  I have motion menu that plays a video and has the loop point set at 10:00. I don’t hear the popping noise when I preview in Encore, only on the finished DVD. Everything imported into Encore was transcoded in Compressor. The audio settings at PCM 48kHz 16 bit. Is there something I’m missing?
