  Audio Output -peaking

  Hi,
  I did a search and could not find an answer to a basic question. I am cutting an interview and I’ve adjusted my levels using the Audio Mixer, but when talent speaks up I’m into +6db to+10db and sometimes higher. Rubber banding these would take forever. Any suggestions on a plugin in Audio Suite that would bring these down to acceptable levels. I’m new to Avid, so if you would, please dumb it down. Thanks,
