Audio out off sync

My camera was set up for Pre-record, which start records 3 seconds before I pushed the record button. After I turned off the pre-record function in the camera menu, all audio is in sync now. I do not know why this future was making the audio out off sync.

My problem did not come from the camera.
My clips were fine.
After Effects needs to be set up very specifically.

I have had the same problem!! I import my MP4 into my Premiere Pro 5.5 version and the audio is off! The audio and video are perfect when viewing in Windows Media Player!
