  Audio out of sync

  I am editing HDV 1080 60i on a Macbook Pro w. FCP 5.1.4. I am just starting to export… I am trying to encode both 1080/720 video (downloadable file) in both H.264 and WMV.

  When I encode directly from FCP using both these codecs I am having audio sync issues with SOME of the audio. Very frustrating! The audio is off just a bit, but very noticable. When I playback through FCP on the viewer/ canvas it syncs fine and also when I encode for DVD there are no issues.

  I received some advice to use the DVCProHd codec as an intermediate…this did not work!

  I also noticed with this latest encode, that my video jumps back (and replays) a few frames towards the end of the most clips! What is going on?! I am new to this so I must be missing a detting or something..!? If you need any further info please let me know…
