Audio off by a full second from the start
We are new users of Premier Pro 5.5, so my question may seem elementary to some of you, but it is driving us mad. When we move a sequence to Encore by Dynamic Link the audio is off by a full second, even though it played perfect in PP. The audio is off by the same when we export media in, avi, mpg2 and all of the other formats we have tried. There are not that many options when exporting and I am confident we have given them all a try. We have searched the CC forums, but the ones talking about audio drift don’t seem to apply to our problem. The above happens on any sequence even one as short as ten seconds, it starts off, not drift. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is not normal, which is why you may not find any other posts about it.
Please let us know – Mac or PC? Have you updated to 5.5.2? Updates offer bug fixes/stability.
What is the video source and format?
Sequence Setting used?
Is this issue repeatable with different footage, new project?

Jeff, thanks, 5.5.2 on a PC. We are running a Black Magic card so the sequence settings are Black Magic, 1080, AVCI, Interlaced, 50i Anamorphic.
