i have a problem with fcp and aja-io: the audio is distorted although the audio level is at 0dB (i mean 0dB at the output which is already -12dB). has anyone else had this problem? the drivers are updated and i checked the settings in the aja-control-panel…

you have not listed any details about your system. There are a milllion ways to have distored audio. What are you listening with – is your AJA going right into speakers, or a mixer? What speaker, what mixer? Is tone distorted, or just your program material. You must provide system details, or we cannot figure out where your distortion is coming from.
