You could have the window open, but it won’t show any activity. The audio meters only reflect what is happening on the timeline, they won’t reflect what’s coming through on capture.

And if it did show , you could not do anything about the levels because they are embedded in the DV video stream .

is there any kind of plugin or third party software that would allow for an on screen audio meter that will display levels while capturing into premire. I have the ablilty to adjust the levels of my DV stream by going through a TBC but i want an on screen display. any ideas would be helpful.
