    Hey folks,

Just ran into a problem that I haven’t encountered before. I am on someone else’s computer and I only seem to be getting audio from channel’s a1 and a2. I can see the audio levels on 3 and 4, but hear nothing. Could anybody clue me into what might be going on here? Nothing is muted or being soloed.

    Thanks,
    Eli

Looks like I fixed it by restoring the audio settings in the individual sequence’s settings. It bothers me though, because this occurred on multiple sequences, so I don’t know what I need to do to fix it across the board. Trashing prefs didn’t fix it, and not only that but after I trashed the prefs I lost all of my Black Magic Easy setups…which I don’t remember ever happening on any other computer I’ve ever been on with a decklink installed. WTF?

    Any Input is appreciated.

    Best,
    Eli

it sounds like you toggled off Downmix in the Audio Mixer window (thats the little bowtie shaped icon above the master fader at right of the Audio Mixer Window)
