I adjust audio levels of clips in the timeline, and moments later I find the levels back to where they originally were. The program is essentially undoing my work.

What can I do? I trashed the preferences but it’s back at it again.

I’m using the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC.

    Thanks in advance!

Premiere has two audio mixers, one is track based and one is clip based.

Is it possible you are adjusting the track based one by mistake and later on in the track undoing what you did (which will happen if you don’t keyframe)

Use the clip mixer to adjust levels on individual clips
