    Yes, they are low … I would boost them to a min of -1db but as low as they are you may end up with a noise floor issue …………. WILLIE

    As I recall, the typical peak for film should be at -9db. And that’s exactly where it is. So you should be fine. Film is much MUCH more dynamic than modern music, which means dialogue will appear very, very low. Below is a short sample of a rip from a THX mastered major motion picture. As you can see, the levels seem very low.
