  • audio issue when rendering dv file and uploading to web

Hi all. I came across a problem with uploading video to the web.

I imported a .dv file from a mac into vegas and rendered it out to mp4 using setting suggested by youtube. It sounds fine on my computer, but when i upload it to youtube the audio sounds bad.

I tried several different output possibilities including audio gain, mpeg 1, wmv, and flash. They all have the same audio issue. All of my avi files upload fine.

Does anyone know what the issue could be.

Here is a link to the you tube videos i uploaded

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You

You tube re-encodes every video sent in and must have a coflict with your MP4. Send in some other formats that can be under the 100 meg limit and see the results. Free Itunes can encode videos for Iphones ,MP4 which you can also try. Hope this helps. Danny Hays
