  audio issue on export (only some computers)

  I’ve been working on a short promo for a seminar company and upon export to Mp4 or flv (probably other formats as well), out of several PCs that have received it, two cannot hear the main audio track. Everything looks in order in my settings. When i export to mono as a test, I lose the main audio tracks on my computer as well. This is likely a setting issue, can someone help me with this?
