Audio Interface compatible with FCP
I am currently running a Tascam us122l audio interface (usb)on my macpro. The problem I have is that Final Cut Pro won’t recognize it for recording voiceover or laying down recorded intrument tracks.
Now, garageband and soundtrack pro both recognize it but dang if FCP will.
Any suggestions for a cheap audio interface that would definitely be compatible with FCP?

Thanks the guitar is a journey for me that been going on a while.
I have not personally worked with the presonus unit, so do your homework on it. In general, Presonus does a good job and I have read where others have used it with FCP in the past. Don’t know what version, and as you have found, things can be one silly click away from success.
