Howdy! I have a Canon GL1 I am having serviced and I am borrowing my friends DVX100. I use a Sennheiser wireless UHF Mic. Plug-in and the receiver has a mini-plug jack that plugs into the mini-plug jack on my GL1 (no XLR inputs on that cam.) However, there isn’t a mini-plug input on the DVX100 is there? Any ideas on how to use this receiver and get good sound? Can I plug it into the audio input jack on the camera? Do I need to get an adapter?

    thanks!

There is no mini-jack input. You’d need a 1/8″-to-XLR adapter cable. Ifyou’re using a Sennheiser Evolution 100 wireless, the kit includes the cable you’d need.
